The application is in three steps and we make decisions on program acceptance based on eligibility, application form and screening interview. The application form takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. In addition to standard company profile information, the application asks for details that will help us to better understand overall fit for our services. MaRS' program services are available on a competitive basis and we cannot guarantee that everyone who meets the eligibility criteria will be accepted.

Part 1: Eligibility questionnaire

In order to be considered for admission to MaRS, you must meet certain eligibility criteria. This short questionnaire helps us make this determination.

Part 2: Complete the application form

Tell us about your startup and current needs. You’ll need to provide information about your company, team, finances and market. We want to know what challenges you are currently facing and how MaRS can help. Completing this form takes about 30 minutes. Please review the links associated with each question to learn more about what we are most interested in and be concise and clear in your responses. We will send a confirmation to the email address provided as well as a copy of your submission. We’ll respond within 10 business days.

Step 3: Screening interview

After reviewing your application, we may set up an interview to further review your business and goals. It is critical that all members of your founding team attend. We make decisions regarding program acceptance based on your application, the screening interview, and the number and quality of other applications we are reviewing.
